NEC Energy Solutions announces 24 megawatts of new energy storage projects in China
NEC Energy Solutions (NEC ES) recently announced 24 megawatts (MW) of new energy storage systems in China.
Through its exclusive distributor in China, Puxing Energy, NEC ES is commissioning two nine MW projects for Ray Power in in Ordos City, Neimongol Province and Tanshan City, Hebei Province. Ray Power will own and operate systems, which will provide frequency regulation for the the Hang-Jin and Feng-Run power plants.
NEC ES was also awarded a six MW project by Ray Power which is currently under construction in Puzhou City, Shanxi Province. It is expected to be completed by mid-2019.
