The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) recently launched a new digital community tool to allow regulated entities to communicate with PUCO about annual assessments payments.

Users will be able to view both active and inactive certificates as well as view and pay annual assessment invoice through the online community.

“Phase one of the digital community is a huge first step in creating a streamlined and efficient way for the regulated companies to interact with the PUCO,” PUCO Chair Asim Z. Haque said.

PUCO plans to provide additional online capabilities in the future including managing certificates of operation, filing reports and paying assessments related to telephone relay service, forecasting and gas pipeline safety.
